How does a twenty-something from the heart of the midwest find herself teaching English to Korean babes in Seoul?

Abbreviated answer. College took me to Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa to study Graphic Design, Marketing and Magazines. Post-graduation took me across the country to the incredible city of San Francisco, California to pursue a life on the west coast, teaching underprivileged Oakland students graphic design and dabbling in the restaurant industry. After one year, I found myself desiring to, once again, push my personal envelope, go on epic adventures and, in turn, grow exponentially.

And so, here I am, nearly two years later, still in Seoul, teaching wonderful, vibrant kindergartners and loving every minute.

This blog attempts to chronicle my life and adventures in the ROK.
